Anna Neilan
Anna is an Accredited Family Law Specialist who has worked exclusively in family law since 2000.
She has experience in all facets of family law including parenting matters, financial matters between spouses, domestic partners and same sex partners. Anna aims to assist her clients to obtain their best possible outcomes and to resolve their matters swiftly and efficiently. Where court proceedings have been necessary, Anna is skilled in litigating for her clients. Anna has a keen interest in complicated parenting matters and particularly, matters which involve protecting the welfare of children.
Anna is also experienced in complex financial matters which involve businesses and company and trust structures and matters which involve third parties. Anna has volunteered with the Women’s Legal Centre and Law Society. Given the emotional and difficult time that clients go through in a family law matter, Anna is most of all concerned with ensuring that her clients are well advised of their options and informed about each stage of their matter, including potential outcomes and fees.
