Divorce

You can apply for a divorce after you have been separated for a period of 12 months. The Divorce Application is separate from an Application for Property Settlement. If you require advice about an Application for Divorce we can provide this to you. The filing fee for the Application for Divorce is $639 at the Family Court and $405 for the Federal Magistrates Court.
