Collaborative Practice

Developed in the US and Canada, Farrar Gesini & Dunn was the first law firm in Australia to introduce an innovative new process called Collaborative Law that sees all four parties sign a contract agreeing to settle their case outside Court.

Collaborative law allows people to feel they own the process and the outcomes, and encourages cooperation rather than confrontation.

The Law Council of Australia have published an information brochure on Collaborative Family Law
