Disclosure Statement

FGD Pty Ltd is an incorporated legal practice pursuant to the Legal Profession Act 2006 which is operated by the Directors of FGD Pty Ltd (“FGD”). FGD is one trading entities: Farrar Gesini Dunn.

Certus Law Pty Ltd (“Certus Law”) is an incorporated legal practice pursuant to the Legal Profession Act 2006 which is operated by the Directors of Certus Law (they not being the same people as the directors of FGD). Certus Law has two trading entities: Certus Law and SuperSplitting.

The owners of the three entities share profits and losses. FGD and Certus Law do not disclose confidential information about their respective clients unless:

1. The client authorises disclosure.
2. Disclosure is compelled or permitted by law;
3. Disclosure is compelled or probably compelled (despite a client’s claim of legal professional privilege) and for the sole purpose of avoiding the probable commission or concealment of a felony; or
4. Disclosure is necessary for applying to or defending any charge or complaint as to professional conduct brought against the practice or its directors, associates or employees or to respond to a requirement to provide information or documents to a relevant professional body or accounting or trust accounting requirement.
