It can be a daunting step contacting a law firm to ask for help. We have a dedicated in-house Client Services Team who handle all first time enquiries. They will:

  1. Explain to you how your first appointment works;
  2. Find out what your case is about, what the most important issues are, and what style of solicitor is best suited to you;
  3. Make recommendations about which lawyer you should see and explain why;
  4. Discuss with you how to best prepare for your initial appointment so you make the most of it;
  5. Talk to you about your fees and any questions you might have;
  6. Be on hand to support you and your solicitor with any questions you might have or issues that arise for the entire time you are a client.
