Amanda has practised exclusively in the area of family law all of her career in both leading and specialist family law firms. Amanda joined us with over 12 years experience behind her, with particular skills in high conflict, complex and difficult parenting matters as well as having the expertise in acting for clients with significant net wealth property matters.

Julie Nessworthy
Family Lawyer
Julie is an Accredited Family Law Specialist, an Accredited Mediator and has acted as an Independent Children’s Lawyer (ICL) for over 15 years. Her Family Law experience spans over 35 years. Prior to joining FGD, Julie was the Managing Director in a boutique family law practice in Sydney and is recognised for her expertise in legal knowledge and its practical application and for providing practical and specified legal advice to clients in complex parenting and property matters, relocation, child support, spouse maintenance and de facto property settlement.

Juliette Ford
Family Lawyer Sydney
Juliette joined Farrar Gesini Dunn in 2001 and became a Partner in 2003. She specialises in all areas of family law drawing upon her experience litigating, as a Registrar of the Court and in leading the practice of collaborative law. For Juliette what matters most is that her clients achieve outcomes that work for them and their family, allowing them to move forward with life. She provides her clients with clarity and certainty when the family law system can appear complex and litigious.

Jiaying Goh
Partner – Family Law Solicitor
Jiaying is an experienced lawyer holding a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University. She is a native Mandarin and English speaker, having grown up in both Taiwan and Australia.Jiaying appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra on a regular basis. Based currently in the Hills District of Sydney and working from our office near Martin Place metro station, she also travels regularly to Canberra and Melbourne to serve her client base there.

Alexandra Tsingoida

Alexandra was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2018 and to the High Court of Australia in 2019. Alexandra chose to pursue a career in family law, enjoying the high level of client interaction involved and the opportunity it provides to have a meaningful and positive impact on people’s lives. From the outset of a matter, Alexandra connects with clients and identifies what is most important to them, developing nuanced legal strategies, and tailoring communication style to suit individual client’s needs.

Zoe Behrens

Zoe is a compassionate and dedicated family lawyer with a background in people and behavioural science. She graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney, where she obtained combined degrees in Management and Law. Zoe’s passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex issues led her to specialise in family law. With experience working as an Associate at the ACT Children’s Court and as a Solicitor at FGD (in both Canberra and Sydney)- Zoe has honed her skills in handling diverse and challenging parenting matters, including those involving complex dynamics and family violence.

Danielle Abel
Family Lawyer
Prior to entering the legal profession, Dani completed a degree in social work and worked predominantly in child protection where she gained valuable experience understanding complex family dynamics and challenging parenting matters. Due to her passion and wanting to make real change, Dani decided to pursue a career as a family lawyer graduating from the University of Sydney in 2022 and has since worked exclusively in family law.
