Modern Lawyer
Prior to entering the legal profession, Dani completed a degree in social work and worked predominantly in child protection where she gained valuable experience understanding complex family dynamics and challenging parenting matters. Due to her passion and wanting to make real change, Dani decided to pursue a career as a family lawyer graduating from the University of Sydney in 2022 and has since worked exclusively in family law.
Dani utilises the emotional sensitivity she obtained through her role as a social worker in conjunction with the strategic and analytical skills she developed through her subsequent legal studies and practice to provide clear, empathetic, and pragmatic legal advice while also ensuring clients feel supported.
Dani has continued to develop her skills in both parenting and property matters and draws on her high level of commitment and care, acknowledging that she is assisting individuals and families often the most difficult times of their lives.
Dani also has a keen interest in working with diverse families, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Real person
Outside of work, Dani loves to overcommit herself to social arrangements, spending time with family, playing soccer and has recently completed her Marriage Celebrancy course, so can handle weddings and divorces, all while spending time with her needy cats each evening.
