Lee joined the Estates Law team in 2026, bringing experience gained across several local Canberra based firms. Lee has worked exclusively in Wills & Estates since her admission. She has a particular interest in assisting her clients with complex estate planning matters and takes a practical and tailored approach to helping clients structure their affairs with careful consideration to tax effectiveness and asset protection strategies. She has extensive experience with preparing and advising on comprehensive estate plans for her clients including wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, binding death benefit nominations and succession of business and asset structures.

Lee is also experienced with assisting her clients through all stages of estate administration matters, from applications for Probate and Letters of Administration through to more complex probate and administration matters. She is committed to providing clear, empathetic and solutions-focused advice to her clients through the process.

Real Person

Outside of work Lee enjoys keeping active and can often be found at a Reformer Pilates class or scaling one of the peaks out at Tidbinbilla. She is also a proud dog owner to 3 beloved dogs and an avid reader who is rarely without a book, often juggling multiple books at once.
