Robert is a former Registrar of the Family Court of Australia and is also a registered Dispute Resolution Practitioner in Family Law. Robert’s experience of almost 35 years in Family Law and more than 20 years as a mediator has enabled him to assist many clients in resolving their legal issues at an early stage. His emphasis is in early settlement of legal disputes. Robert’s pragmatic approach to matters allows clients to focus on the “bigger picture”, and how a settlement can be best structured, to meet the client’s and their family’s needs.

Robert has an aptitude for understanding complex financial matters and arriving at creative and effective solutions. His clients enjoy direct, competent and commercially sound advice. His down to earth nature ensures that not only do his clients receive the best outcome but that it is achieved in a timely, cost-effective manner minimising the stress and anxiety associated with any separation.

Real Person

Robert is a keen telemark skier in the winter and in the summer can be found on the golf course, the tennis court or surfing at the coast. Robert regularly travels to Japan to go skiing and travels to North America for every second Christmas.
