Penny is a CPA Australia qualified accountant, and is also certified with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She has experience working with small to medium sized businesses, self-managed superannuation funds, trusts, and individuals.
Penny is passionate about resolving financial issues. She always sees problems as opportunities. Her attention to detail makes her able to detect and resolve discrepancies early. She also pro-actively recommends adjustments to accounting processes to correct and improve the administrative efficiency of any organisation.
Penny grew up in Malaysia. Her multicultural background means that she can converse in English, Mandarin, Hokkien and Cantonese.

Penny was a Chinese Orchestra musician in secondary school. She played Erhu (Chinese Violin) & Guzheng (Chinese plucked zither) and won several awards in national competitions. Now she spends her spare time enjoying them on Youtube, reading novels and watching a good drama.
