Victoria has practised exclusively in family law since her admission to practice in 2013, and she became accredited as a Family Law Specialist by the Law Institute of Victoria in 2019. Victoria also has experience in commercial litigation and corporate advisory, which has assisted in her knowledge of complex financial matters in family law. She is practical, down to earth and she is dedicated to helping her clients navigate challenging and emotionally-driven situations, with a clear-minded and focused manner. Victoria is committed to achieving excellent results for her clients, and empowering clients to make informed decisions so they can confidently work towards the next chapter, with her astute guidance.

Victoria is an experienced litigator when there are intractable disputes and she is meticulous with her approach to drafting documents and tackling complex matters, particularly those with substantial and high-net worth asset pools, jurisdictional disputes and highly conflictual parenting matters. Notwithstanding her litigation skills, Victoria has also tailored a practice which recognises that many family law matters can be, and should be, resolved outside of the Court system, and she has expertise in negotiation, strategy and alternative dispute resolution.

Real Person

Victoria likes to start her days at 4.40am, so she can go to the gym and walk her two dogs before the sun has risen. When she is not at work, she can be found at the beach (in summer) or the ski slopes (in winter).
